We offer laundry service for your clothes.

Laundry Service Policy

1. Standard delivery: 24 hours after collection.
2. Express service: 10-hour delivery, with an additional charge of 30% over the list price.
3. For your garments to be collected, you must be present in your room.
4. The hotel is not responsible for items forgotten inside garments or for damages caused by the absence of washing instructions.
5. The hotel is not responsible for discoloration, shrinkage, loss of buttons or embellishments, broken zippers, or items forgotten in garments.
6. Stained or damaged garments will be treated under the owner's responsibility.
7. Claims for damages exceeding four times the cost of the service will not be accepted.

Dry Cleaning Service

The hotel does not have a dry cleaning service. However, we offer an external service with an additional charge of 30% over our list price.

Please separate dry cleaning items from regular laundry items.
