We have a laundry service for your clothes.

Opening Hour: 09:00 am - 05:00 pm

  1. Fill in all the data on this list with the required signatures. If it is not duly filled out and signed, we will not be able to collect the garments.
  2. Place the garments and the list in the laundry bag located in the closet.
  3. Place the bag on the bed. The bag will not be collected when it is placed in another place.
  4. Delivery of garments is 24 hours. after harvest.
  5. The hotel is not responsible for fading. shrinkage. loss of buttons or decorations, broken zippers or forgotten objects in the garments.
  6. Stained or damaged pieces will be treated under the responsibility of the owner.
  7. No claim for deterioration is accepted that accesses 4 times the charge set for the service.
  8. For rush service. we have an "EXPRESS" service with a delivery time of 10:00 hrs and an extra charge of 30% on the price of our list

Dry clean only.

The Hotel does not have a dry cleaning service. However, we have an external service with an additional cost of 30% on the price of our list. Please separate dry cleaning items from regular items

The service provider is not responsible for any damage or deterioration caused.
