This dish is very typical throughout the country.
It is a base of tortilla chips (pieces of fried or roasted corn such as those used for Nachos) washed with a red or green chili sauce and usually accompanied by shredded chicken or veal, cheese and beans.
You can also bring avocado, onion, eggs, among others.
